Just had my box programmed in the comfort of my own home,
without the hassle of unhooking everything, driving across town, and back to pick it up when it’s done.

Worked with me late on Saturday night into Sunday morning to get set up.
I am not very tech savvy but the tech was very patient with me.
I was told I would need a new box…they logged on and updated my existing one.
