RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Each Unlimited Media Android TV Box comes with a 12-month hardware warranty and a 7-day money-back guarantee.
If for any reason, other than the functionality of the box, you would like to return, the shipping date must be within 7 days of your purchase.

If your box is not working properly, you can contact our tech support staff, via our Facebook Page (Facebook.com/UnlimitedMediaTV) & Support Group, to complete the troubleshooting process.

Repair or replacement will be determined once the box is received.

A $50 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds for restocking and processing charges.

Unlimited Media refund Policy

All refunds are handled Monday through Friday (10am-9pm EST).

We offer customers full refunds up to 7 days with a receipt.

Credit Card refunds are processed through our corporate office.

Cash customers are processed through our corporate office and paid using a business check or money order that will be mailed to the customer’s address.

The normal processing time is up to 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

Time may vary based on the customer’s bank/credit card or mail times.

Our Customer/Product Warranty:

We offer all our customers a 12-month manufacturers warranty on the hardware from the date of original purchase.

Note – the only exception is any evidence of water damage, misuse, and Acts of God or Nature.

Premium TV subscriptions are non-refundable.

We offer all our customers free auto-updates and/or manual updates Via our Tech support staff, Facebook Page and Support Group.
